At NewGuardrail, we are determined to have the best customer service, so we allow our customers to return products for a refund.
Customers have 7 days from the original arrival date to give notice if they are unhappy with the product. Any product needs to meet certain requirements in order for them to returned, which include:
- Are not in accordance with previously specified conditions.
- Never used.
- Returned in a fashion similar to how we delivered it.
The customer must pay for the shipping to return the item, unless stated otherwise.
Refunding the Item
Once the product returns, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your returned item meets our criteria, we will send a refund through your credit card, which may take a few working days depending on your card issuer’s policies. Customers will be refunded the amount of money that they paid for the product.
